New control unit UNIFLEX

2021 starts with the  launch of a new control unit, UNIFLEX, that improves Growket´s our transport system. A project in which our technicians have been  working during last year and which begins to be commercialized this month.

New control unit UNIFLEX, available in diameters 75 and 90mm, with a high sensitivity safety sensor to stop and

start the geared motor, avoiding breakdowns. We offer two options of sensors, membrane and mecanic. Large transparent register, for easy essembling and visibility, allowing to watch the operation. This register have a safety lock to prevent accidental opening.

Control unit is designed by union of pieces with tabs, without screws, to facilitate assembly. An inner edge to prevent water ingress and moisture; and funnel with two slopes that facilitates the feed flow and prevents the slope

To improve the adaptation of the new Uniflex control unit to feed line, two complements have been developed, a transparent flexible tube and a connection to flexible tube by thread.

From Growket, we continue with the improvement Project for the feed system. In 2019 we present a  new drive unit for chain transport system. In 2020 feed silo was optimazed under EUROCODE 1.4 and we  enter 2021 with new control unit UNIFLEX.
