Equal Opportunity Plan

A new protocol of Symaga’s Human Resources management reaffirms its support for equal treatment with the inclusion of a statement of principles and guidelines to be followed to avoid any discrimination in the selection and hiring process.

The Equal Opportunity Plan, promoted by the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, presents “an opportunity to cement a work environment without discrimination, which enhances our social area and which is in accordance with the current ethical and social principles, enhancing a real reconciliation of work, personal and family life for SYMAGA GROUP”, notes Ana Garrido, Director of Human Resources,.

 The protocol extends to internal and external communication, noting that all communications must promote and project equal opportunities, using an inclusive language that boosts equal opportunities and ensures respect for the entire team.

For Symaga Group, the plan provides continuity to a quality strategy within the company’s CSR plan that motivates and values its staff, improving the talent of its Human capital and its work environment, which is in turn increases productivity and underpins corporate image for employees and customers.
